Hours included in Enterprise Support accrues month to month, with unused time rolling over for up to 12 months as long as you have and active support agreement. Requests are handled within 2 Business hours either in North America (CT) or Europe (GMT). Critical issues receive the highest priority, and regular development tasks are added to an ongoing project schedule.

Opening an Emergency Support request costs $300 and includes up to 1 hour of resolution and diagnostic time. Our support team requires complete access to any server(s) running your website. Please have your SSH credentials, database login and MODX Manager login ready prior to opening a ticket.
If an issue cannot be fully diagnosed and resolved in one hour, the MODX Support team will provide an estimate and online payment form to continue the issue resolution.
