Carbon Manager Template
Change your default manager theme from Tools>Configuration>Site
- welcome page overview tab now comes before the system check tab which is marked in red
- fixed [+] and [-] updating after click in tree
- now folder icon opens and closes in tree
- touch ups on some icons
- fixed some various color mismatches

Extract and Copy MODxCarbon folder in /manager/media/style/.Change your default manager theme from Tools>Configuration>Site
