Who We Are

OCTA started in 1997 which means in the field of website development we’ve been in business for a considerable time.  Building a website is a service and we understand the obvious; that the key to running a successful service based business is good service.

The vast majority of our business is repeat or by referral. When a client contact changes job we often get the call to build the website for their new organisation.  Our client loyalty is built on trust because we follow a few simple rules.

• Never commit unless we know we can deliver.  We have never undertaken a project without prototyping any unknowns (at our expense) and have never had to apologise to a client because we can’t get a piece of functionality to work that we’d promised.
• Deliver on time.  We have never delivered late.  This is achieved by being realistic in the specification, tight project management and working whatever hours it takes to meet a committed schedule.
• Respond quickly to support requests.  We don’t lose interest after the initial build.  We respond quickly to any site change requests.

Quite simply if we do a good job for a client why will they bother seeking an alternative supplier for their next project?
