Having great information when diagnosing problems is key to efficiency. SnapEngage integrates with Zendesk (and other software like CRM tools), so when an issue is opened we also get the exact browser, OS, plugin versions, page URL, and much more without the user having to type anything. It even grabs a screenshot so we can see exactly what they’re seeing. We look forward to using their proactive live chat capabilities in the near future, too, to better engage with our customers.

Atlassian proudly supports Open Source projects like MODX. They’ve graciously given us tens of thousands of dollars worth of software we use to manage critical project infrastructure. Their powerful software development tools and collaboration software we use includes Crowd for Single Sign On (SSO) and Confluence for our official documentation wiki platform.
