CMS Critic announced today that MODX is the People's Choice Winner for Best Open Source CMS in CMS Critic's, Critic's Choice Awards. We sincerely thank all of you who nominated and voted, it is tremendously rewarding to have such a wonderful and supportive community.
MODX was one of five nominees in the category along with Liferay, DNN Platform, e107 and Processwire. Members of the public submitted their nominations and the top five nominees were selected for the vote. According to the award announcment page, "MODX is an incredible CMS that offers an abundance of features for those looking for quality software for free."
Last year, in 2012, MODX won Critic's Choice for Best Open Source CMS.
