Slack is our primary communication channel. It offers real-time instant messaging with group chat, private channels and private chat. Not only do we use it to communicate with the MODX team, we also use it to collaborate with partners and the MODX Ambassadors.
MODX Cloud uses SoftLayer for its key infrastructure. We use their private network to quickly move data from point to point and house our bare-metal servers in their data centers.
