Simplx Request

By Lars Wallin (larscwallin)

The SimplxRequest lookup Method

The SimplxRequest Class has one especially interesting method:

  SimplxRequest::lookup()

This is a regexp powered lookup function which uses a very simple query syntax to get values from the SimplxRequest object.

Simplx comparisons:

  SimplxRequest::lookup('query.id')   Returns the value of the "id" field in the "query" section.

  SimplxRequest::lookup('query.id=1')   Returns the value of the "id" field in the "query" section IF the value is 1.

Pattern comparision:

  SimplxRequest::lookup('query.action?/modResource/i')   Returns the value of the field "action" in the "query" section.

Default Fields and Sections in the SimplxRequest Class

  •     urn
